BMA243, final clock and game designs, 2 September

 Boardgame
I turned off the green snake layer for some reason and found that I REALLY liked the shadow of the snake.  It also plays into the world of the sideshow.  I went to a state fair and somebody I was with really wanted to go into the tent with a shadow of "the world's biggest horse" in it.  No thanks, I'll save my money for the funnel cake.  Combined with that off white texturized layer, it looks like the shadow and the tent come on.  I want to add more and more and more to it, but it's time to let it go.  Keep it simple.  Ish.

Clock
I really struggled with the clock.  I was stuck for the longest time on wanting to add found object items and I couldn't shake it.  I went through my drawings looking for inspiration, and I found the bunny and fox characters I created at Christmas.  I thought about having the younger, cuter version about to have their little paws snapped off, but it wasn't working.

So I brought in their tween counterparts.  They're just creepy and it's entirely possible that they're not about to try the chocolates themselves but have invited you  to "because we really like you".  You know, you don't need friends like this, kids.  Go home and read a book until you can go out and find some nice people to hang out with.

Now that I'm looking at it, CRAP! that is NOT the version I fancied up for an hour before class.  Somehow, I have managed to save, then overwrite my perk up work.  Irritating!  Well, nothing to do but do it again, while I still remember what I did.    The above version will hang on the halls of SIT forever, but the one I'm working on again may get to be in my end of year display.

Better.  Just a little more visual interest, more darks, more texture.
