Two assignments:
1.  presentation to class evaluating success of failure of contribution of music to a particular film (from provided list).  30%  Must use at least two references from books, can use dvd commentary
10 to 12 minutes long.  Leave time for questions and be prepared.
Look at Hitchcock films
2.  Create sounds to specification using all knowledge and skills acquired in this paper by creating a sound montage with sound fx and suitable music for a given film clip.  NO COMEDY MIXES.  Try to match it to the original in mood and intent.  70%
