Get Out: interview with Jordan Peele
I love Jordan Peele's writing work with Keegan Michael Key, so I'd like to see his horror comedy Get Out. He has some interesting points to make about writing for the audience and flexibility when creating natural dialogue and characters. He lets his actor improvise along the lines of the scene to get the best and most natural flow for both what they're saying and what they're communicating to the audience. Interestingly, he says that he thinks about what the audience is thinking during each scene and writes to that.
