I finally sat down with Sally Bodkin-Allen today to talk about children's music.  She's swamped, but recommended Anna van Riel, a semi-student and singer/songwriter from Wanaka.  She's great!  I really like her music and the instruments she uses.  If she was interested, it could be a really great collaboration.  In addition to adult songs, she's done a number of children's songs.  Would she be open to working some kid's toy instruments into a piece?  Would I be open to dropping the hard rock beat?    

Update:  Anna emailed me back!  We're going to skype Monday.  Yay!!!
