Notes on 6 March meeting

There is still a template left over from the Southsure event (Southsure logo has been removed) and it has been saved into the BVA_BSA303Exhibitions folder on Y drive

Should opening night be changed to another night to give us more time to organize?

Artist Douglas has floor plan but will not be at today’s meeting. 

Danya is happy to put everybody’s names on the floor plan that is due the 10th and, if we need to, work can be reorganized in the gallery on installation day.

Music

Doug Bentley will bring his music and device for the opening

What’s our budget?

Ask Kathryn if there is an allowance for wine as well as food In the purchase order.

How many guests are we anticipating? 50-100

We’re only providing nibbles and juice/wine, nothing big.

Pack-away group at the end of the opening
