BSA303, Thoughts from the Readings, 26 March, 2017

If girls are empowered to speak out when they don't like how they're being treated, they will grow up to be women who speak out for themselves and others.

Anger as a useful tool should be addressed as well as strategies for preventing anger from turning into violence against self or others.

Bringing in anti-family violence stakeholders could be very useful- they have resources and this show could be a way of addressing children which current campaigns are missing.

Sesame Street seems to have masses of researchers working for them and they do focus groups with kids.

Is it possible to record the voices in multiple languages just with people here at SIT?  Can we do the segment in Te Reo, Korean, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, as well as English?  Ask Naomi about this.  Ask Rachel about lip syncing issues
If show is released on internet, non-English versions can be available alongside English.
