under geometry is Zremesher
taking it back to Maya needs retopologizing
target polygon count at 5?
make duplicates and rename them with original file name, hipol and lopol
Zremesher is written on button under zremesher tab
under brush menu is zremesher brush so you can put in loops around eyes and mouth



after retopologizing without giving it the special instruction as to where
export the lowpoly version to Maya as an Obj

I'd really like to sculpt my blobby characters in Zbrush.  Start with a dynamesh, then choose a brush that adds balls, bricks, or whatever shape to the original ball.  Ctrl left click drag and drop on the screen (not on the sculpt) and the whole wad of stuff will act as one sculpt.  Then with refined brushes start building up or smoothing down the clay.
