BSA325, production meeting, 28 March, 2017

Reuben presents concept art
Mantis, again, has delivered some extremely beautiful work!

Make decisions on what the actual look is, with possible asset list, so we can start producing assets once the story has been okayed.
We have decided to mostly do 2D animation with some vfx and the roles will be resorted once we have our pipeline worked out.

Reuben will create an animation style test
Anna is still having eye problems.
Ken and Anna need to come off the catering team and onto animation.  They will create the menus and budgets now and we'll hopefully replace them for the cooking and on set serving and delivery.
some, or all, of the filmies will be going to Waterman 1-9 April
new script is adding 40 actors, and longer shoot time, to the production
Need locations, budget, director's manifesto, and script finalized by tomorrow.  Concept art is due Thursday to go into funding proposal
Bluff Marae visit has been postponed until 10 April
Rachel will book building for 24/7 for last two weeks of semester

Create concept art for TePuna and chiefs in style of illustrated book but based on historical clothing
